Breann’s academic journey led her to North Carolina A&T State University on a volleyball scholarship. After three impactful years, she returned home to Michigan and completed her bachelor’s degree at Oakland University, where she double-majored in Social Work and Journalism.

Soon after graduation, a pivotal call from her mother, Karri, changed the course of her career. Together, they embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure, founding The Karring Group. From that moment, they hit the ground running and never looked back.

Breann is a proud mother to two daughters: 14-year-old Cydnee and 1-year-old Kinslee. They call Royal Oak home, and their household is enriched by the presence of beloved huskies, Mollee and Loso, as well as the newest addition to their furry family, Chandler. Breann’s joy extends beyond her professional life—she enjoys playing with her girls, and watching Cydnee excel in volleyball and coaching.

When she’s not shaping the future of case management, Breann finds joy in good TV series, audiobooks, and cherished family vacations. Her career path may have taken an unexpected turn into case management, but it’s a role she wholeheartedly embraces. Building deep relationships with her clients, offering them comfort and stability during vulnerable times, and witnessing their remarkable progress back to their normal selves bring her a sense of fulfillment that words can’t fully capture. She genuinely loves what she does and the mission of their company, embodying a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve.

After high school, Kimberly joined the Red Cross and trained to become a certified nursing assistant. She dedicated several years to in-home care, offering crucial support to those in need. Later, she paused her career to raise her 4 children.

Kimberly’s professional journey continued as she became a Patient Care Technician, earning certifications in Phlebotomy, Dialysis, EKG, and Mental Health. Her expertise shone on a Medical-Surgical floor before she joined The Karring Group team.

Beyond her professional life, Kimberly finds immense joy in being a mother and wife to her four children and husband, Mark. Family moments are cherished through travel, camping, hiking, and fishing.

Kimberly’s dedication to providing the best possible care to clients and their families is unwavering. She plays a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their path to recovery, embodying a commitment to excellence that defines The Karring Group’s mission.

In her current capacity, Sheri handles all invoicing and collections, ensuring the company remains compliant with its insurances. She takes pride in working for a compassionate company like The Karring Group, which prioritizes assisting individuals on their journey to recovery. The company’s dedication to its clients deeply resonates with Sheri, and she feels fortunate to be part of this mission.

Sheri and her husband Tim have been happily married since 1993 and share the joys of parenthood with three wonderful children: Elijah, Justin, who is married to Kenzie, and Sophia. Their family has also grown with the addition of two grandsons, Greyson and Tatum, and a granddaughter, Everly, Justin and Kenzie’s children.

In their leisure time, Sheri and Tim often find themselves cheering for their daughter as she participates in barrel racing with her horse, Bonds McDreamy, at various arenas across Michigan and Ohio. When not at a barrel race, they enjoy relaxing at home around a bonfire, spending time at the beach, kayaking, or delighting in precious moments with their grandbabies.

Her journey with The Karring Group began in October of 2017, and she enthusiastically declares her love for her job. Ebony is deeply appreciative of the company’s unwavering dedication to providing exceptional care to their clients.

​In her personal life, Ebony shares her world with a wonderful husband, whom she married in August 2015, two beautiful children with whom she cherishes spending time, and a furry companion named Blaze. She finds solace in gardening and treasures moments filled with good laughs shared with family and friends.

Leveraging her knowledge and experience, Tracie excels in connecting with clients and addressing their concerns and questions about their care.

​Originally raised in South Florida, Tracie relocated to Michigan with her family, where she completed her education and embarked on her medical career. She shares her life with a loving husband, two vibrant, healthy boys, and a daughter named Stella Rose, who bring boundless joy and energy to her life. Amidst soccer games, field trips, and family outings, Tracie finds joy in scrapbooking and capturing cherished moments through photography. She eagerly looks forward to the future, eager to create lasting memories with her loved ones.

She later transitioned to Abbott Laboratories’ Hospital Division, where she spent 32 years excelling as an account manager, selling hospital equipment and injectable drugs. Through mergers and acquisitions, she continued her remarkable career journey, eventually finding her passion as a case manager with The Karring Group since mid-2016. Denise finds fulfillment in leveraging her medical background to interact with clients and support their needs.

​Outside of work, Denise leads an active lifestyle, indulging her passion for skiing every weekend for pleasure. While no longer a member of the National Ski Patrol, she continues to enjoy hitting the slopes and relishing the thrill of the downhill runs. She also cherishes time spent boating and enjoying summer activities at Torch and 8 Points Lakes with her husband, children, their spouses, and their six beloved grandchildren. Their Saginaw, MI, home is filled with love, laughter, and cherished family moments, reflecting Denise’s dedication to both her professional and personal life.

With determination, she returned to school and graduated Cum Laude from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Throughout her career, Kathryn has gained valuable experience in various healthcare settings. She honed her skills at St. John Hospital’s main campus, specializing in the orthopedic/neurosurgical unit, where she developed a profound understanding of the orthopedic field. Additionally, Kathryn served as a case manager for a home care company, providing compassionate in-home care to patients to enhance their well-being.

Now, as part of The Karring Group, Kathryn is enthusiastic about leveraging her expertise to support individuals on their journey to recovery. Her dedication to patient care and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to the team, and she looks forward to making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.

Originally from Ohio, Shannon made Michigan her home in July 2017. Despite her busy schedule, she prioritizes her two daughters’ sports and school activities, actively supporting and engaging in their endeavors. Shannon, her husband, and her daughters enjoy fishing, collecting rocks from their Great Lakes visits, and hiking together.

 In her leisure time, Shannon finds solace in outdoor activities like gardening, reading in the hammock, and long walks. She also has a passion for travel, especially when it involves attending concerts and exploring new destinations. Shannon’s vibrant spirit, dedication to her family, and commitment to providing exceptional care make her an invaluable asset to The Karring Group team.

Throughout her career, Tina has honed her skills and expertise by working in various healthcare settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitals, Schools, and Traumatic Brain Injury clinics. Despite the challenges, her dedication to her work has only strengthened over the years.

 As a Case Manager, Tina is committed to advocating for the well-being of our clients and providing the highest quality of care to facilitate the recovery process. Beyond her professional endeavors, Tina finds joy in spending time with her family, embracing outdoor activities like jogging and boating, and nurturing her passion for continuous learning. Her unwavering dedication, compassionate nature, and lifelong commitment to serving others make her an invaluable member of The Karring Group team.

As a Case Manager, Brooke collaborates closely with primary Case Managers and Case Coordinators, facilitating therapy appointments, coordinating durable medical equipment orders, attending therapy and orthotic/prosthetic appointments, and ensuring clients’ homes are prepared for their return. She finds immense fulfillment in being part of The Karring Group’s motivated, dedicated, and compassionate team.

 Outside of work, Brooke treasures spending quality time with her family and embarking on new adventures. Whether it’s exploring new places or enjoying outdoor activities like snowboarding in the winter and visiting Michigan’s lakes in the warmer months, Brooke embraces life’s experiences with enthusiasm and zest. Her dedication to her profession and her adventurous spirit make her a valuable asset to The Karring Group team.

After earning an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, Dorothy continued her work in the medical field. Dorothy has also embarked on a new educational endeavor, delving into the world of Psychology at Baker College, with a focus on adolescent behavior analysis, deepening her understanding of human behavior.

​Dorothy’s passion extends beyond her academic pursuits. She holds a deep connection to her spirituality and cherishes her family. In 2019, she married her soulmate, James, and together, they are proud parents to four beautiful daughters and a son, with the joy of three perfect grandchildren gracing their lives.

In her precious spare moments, Dorothy has ventured into entrepreneurship with her own small business, “DS Creations.” Her creative spirit finds expression in crafting custom pieces, including jewelry for women, men, and children, painted drinking glasses, corsages, and boutonnieres. Beyond her creative pursuits, Dorothy relishes spending quality time with friends and family, further enriching her life with cherished moments.

Teresa brought her extensive knowledge and skills from the Gynecology Oncology Department to The Karring Group. She holds the role of an Executive Assistant and is rapidly evolving into the Lead Internal Coordinator.

​Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Sanders is a dedicated mother of four. She has a profound love for her hometown, Detroit, and comes from a large, close-knit family. Theresa’s creative spirit finds expression in crafting beauty products, reflecting her passion for creativity.

Her aspiration at The Karring Group is to continually expand her knowledge and contribute to the growth of the business and its dynamic team.

She embarked on a career in the medical field, driven by her innate passion for helping others and always accompanied by a warm smile. Patients, caregivers, and guardians alike hold her in high regard, knowing that when she says, “How can I help?” she truly means it! Odessa, wholeheartedly commits herself to addressing any concerns, tirelessly working until she brings a smile to your face. Her dedication, work ethic, and loyalty are unwavering.

​With over 25 years of experience in the medical field, Odessa’s commitment to her work is a testament to her character. Beyond her professional life, she finds solace and joy in spending spare moments with family, including her two grandchildren. She also relishes the soothing presence of water, the sounds of her favorite music, and the thrill of travel, rounding out her diverse interests and passions.

Ian is now an Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapist, followed by a role as a Case Manager for children with developmental disabilities.

In his free time, Ian finds fulfillment in two main areas: family and creativity. He devotes his time to playing with his two children and taking care of his dogs. Family adventures often involve camping trips to explore national parks, where his children collect Junior Ranger badges for each National Park and National Monument they visit.

Beyond his family adventures, Ian’s creative side shines through. He enjoys playing the guitar and crafting hip-hop beats. He’s also an enthusiast of exercise and video games, rounding out his diverse set of interests and talents.

In 2012, Pam co-founded Angela Home Care, where she served as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner until its closure in 2021 due to changes in the Auto No-Fault Law. She is an active member of Soroptimist International of Greater Macomb (SIGM), focusing on empowering women and combating human trafficking. Pam is a Michigan Notary Public, an Ordained Minister, and cherishes her daughter, Angela, her two Shih Tzus, Lexi and Logan, and a close-knit circle of friends.

​Her interests span a wide spectrum, including cooking, baking, hockey, travel, concerts, theatre, and bonfires. Pam is not just a skilled nurse but also a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, making her a valuable asset to The Karring Group.
